Each prize pool on cz777apk runs on a contribution model: a portion of eligible wagers across participating rooms feeds a central pot, and the leaderboard ranks you by net points accumulated during the active window. We partner with Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Spribe to run pool-eligible rooms. Pool windows open weekly and display a live counter so you can see exactly where
the pot stands before you commit a single rupee.
From live baccarat contests to slot-feature leaderboards, these rooms sit at the centre of our current prize pool calendar. Each one displays its own entry threshold, active pot...

If a prize pool contribution does not register, your leaderboard rank looks incorrect, or a payout from a closed pool has not arrived, our support team handles prize pool disputes as a priority queue. Reach us through live chat, WhatsApp or email and we aim to respond within the same session window.
Open a live chat ticket directly from the prize pool page and a specialist reviews your contribution history and leaderboard position against the raw round log, usually within minutes of the window you contact us.
If your pool payout has not landed after a closed window, send your account ID to our WhatsApp support line. We cross-check the distribution ledger and confirm the credit timeline in writing.
For a full written record of your prize pool contributions across multiple windows, email our audit team. We return a CSV of your eligible rounds, points earned and any distributions applied to your account.

Pool entry thresholds, point multipliers and distribution splits are posted on the pool detail page before the window opens. We do not change the rules mid-window under any circumstances.
Rooms eligible for prize pool contribution use RNG systems certified by independent labs. Certification details are linked from each room's info panel so you can verify the source.
The live pot counter reflects actual contributions in near real time. There is no synthetic inflation — what you see is the sum of qualifying wager contributions from all active accounts.
After each window closes, distribution calculations are logged in a tamper-evident record. If you dispute your share, we can produce the exact calculation that determined your credit.
Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Spribe validate the point-accumulation logic on their end as well. Any mismatch between their data and ours triggers a reconciliation before credits are released.
Your full prize pool history — contributions, points, distributions — is visible under the Rewards section of your account. Nothing is deleted and the log goes back to your first eligible round.
